This is an exciting time. My publisher saw to it that Arctic Dinosaurs of Alaska was competed in multiple. Already it has been awarded an Honorable Mention in the Royal Dragonfly Book Awards and a Silver in Nautilus Book Awards. Both of these competitions are international for books written in English. It was fun to see the Roster of Winners for the Nautilus competition because Arctic Dinosaurs sat right beside Salmon Survival, a book published by Relevant Publishers, right up the road from where I live in the giant state of Alaska. How amazing to see two books published in Alaska end up side-by-side in an international competition winners list. Strikes me as nice! A touch of Alaska serendipity.
